Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@momossecrets.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your item. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including samples, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us with any questions.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item as per our return policy, and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
